Bokeh Creatives LLC makes a 100% guarantee on all artwork. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will replace the artwork, or we will schedule a new portrait session and provide you with $500 of additional artwork credit.

There is no option for cancellations or returning products for a refund, but we do offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee ---- We have a 30-day replacement guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and you must initiate a return by providing photographs of the item condition. To start a replacement, you can contact us at portraits@bokehcreatives.com. Please note that original items will need to be sent to the following address: 660 Commerce Drive, Suite H, Roseville, CA, 95678-6421, United States If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost immediately.

In addition, all finished artwork that is delivered ready to hang has a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defect.
